Caroline McCarthy

Caroline is a Consultant at Doncaster and Bassetlaw NHS Trust and also works in private practice. Having qualified as a dentist from Sheffield University in 1997, Caroline worked in general practice and childrens’ dentistry before completing a Masters degree in Oral Surgery, with distinction. She completed her specialist Orthodontic training at the Royal London Hospital, with a Masters in Orthodontics in 2003 and specialist qualification in 2004. A further 2 years of Consultant training brought her back to Sheffield.

She is a member of the British Orthodontic Society and a member of the British Lingual Orthodontic Society. She is the chairperson of the local study group, the Sheffield and District Orthodontic Study Circle.

General Interests: Running around after 2 small children.
