Bachelor in Medical Science (1993); Bachelor in Dental Surgery (The Queen’s University of Belfast, 1994).

I passed my FDS in Edinburgh in 1998 and went on to complete specialist orthodontic training at the University of Glasgow in conjunction with a Master of Medical Science degree (2001). I then took up an FTTA post in Belfast and completed my exit exam in 2004 (FDS Orth).

Present Post

Consultant Orthodontist with the Northern Health and Social Care Trust, based at Braid Valley Hospital, Ballymena, Northern Ireland.
I have an honorary lecturers post with the School of Dentistry, Belfast.

Main Orthodontic Interests

Orthognathic surgery, the treatment of patients with cleft lip and palate and orthodontic audit.

General Interests

I coach my local mini rugby team and enjoy scuba diving. Married with two kids.
